This word is a cognate of the Greek and Latin words hyper and super respectively. There is also proof that it may also stem from the English word over.

Xaber meaning sable, sword, sabre but also used here as slang for the male phallus.

My PC crashed I and lost all the data and some Überxaber technician managed to get all of it back. I am soooo glad!
