2) to express disgust with a situation

IT IS NOT A COMBINATION OF "POL" AND "CRAP"

A word used to describe some (most) of the thousands of Polish people living in the UK. You know, the ones with no respect for the country that gives them a great wage and more benefits than their own people.

Sure there are good and bad people from every country but it seems England gets the worst of the Polish.
