A vengeful abusive person: one who uses threats to manipulate people and seeks to exact vengeance on anyone who opposes them by the most ruthless and violent means they can think of, such as kicking them in the crotch. The abuse may be a literal kick in the crotch, or may be a metaphor for hurting the person through other means.
