Possibly the oddest simpsons character ever. His sole purpose in life seems to be dancing for "nickles"(thats 5 cents for all the none american people) whilst playing an accordian.
He has been known to dance for up 25 cents/a quarter (clever these yanks eh?) and this, according to our only source, means he will dance for hours (at least 2).
Pete's place of work is the Sea Captain's store (or shop, for the none americans again) on Springfield Harbour.

Arrr! Thats handsome pete! He dances for nickles!

Handsome Shark 

An attractive male, bearing similarities to sharks. Examples of known, handsome sharks are Michael Fassbender (His smile is extremely wide, showing off all his teeth, very much like a shark) and the character Simon form the E4 series Misfits.
A handsome shark is sexy, maybe pale and a little bit bad.

Girl 1:"Did you see that guy, he was so hot."

A "Handsome Andy" is a pressed ham with a twist. First, one presses his bare buttocks against the window of a moving car. Second, he flips the bird to another car. Third, he places "the bird" (i.e., his swear finger) into his anus, thereby achieving a "Handsome Andy."

(noun/verb) A facial expression that involves raising one corner of the mouth higher than the other resulting in an imbalanced smile; may be accompanied with an eyebrow raise.
(origin) Many women noticed that men trying to be handsome would smile in this manner, particularly when trying to swoon a lady.
