A person, often a jockey at a picnic race meeting, say Bong Bong for instance, who, in the process of winning the first race is also charged with careless riding and receives a lengthy suspension, is also caught by the Stewards using their mobile phone on-course, then injures their toe during the final race on the card and lastly fails to ride their mount out to the post. They are definitely a fucknuckle of the highest order.

What a fucknuckle that bloody useless picnic jockey was at Bong Bong last Friday.

Fuckbuckled 

The subtle art of being confused, bamboozled, flabbergasted, and simply backstabbed, but all at once, unanimously. The pinnacle and the epitome of a roast so bad, planet Venus's monstrous volcanoes couldn't even compare. Literally the end game. If someone is said to be fuckbuckled, they are done.
