The adderall apocalypse
Usually occurs within individuals who have ADHD and are specifically prescribed 20-30mg adderal XR.
The start of an Adderacalyptic episode looks like:
staying up way too late and realizing that falling asleep now will only lead to an unproductive and completely wasted day.
So with 2 choices and sleep not being one of them the most reasonable choice now is to take double the regular dose. While going about with the day: everything feels fine while approaching the first 24 hours without sleep.
After getting past the day you go home just to have your adderall be the reason you’re awake and so you repeat what you did the day before.
An Adderacalyptic episode is simply-
A viscous cycle that starts while trying to fix a problem with a solution that happens to be Adderall. Just to have the solution become the problem while the problem become a solution.
Symptoms of an Adderacalyptic episode will consist of:
•Insomnia, severely distorted sense of time, and visual/auditory hallucinations
•loss of Appetite, weight loss, and fatigue
•dehydration and dry mouth
• increased heart rate, body temperature, and blood pressure causing blood vessels to contract making skin look pale or blue in color.

The most obscure Angry Video Game Nerd episode ever. At least 95% of his fans haven't even seen it. It also ties with episode 18 as well, which was the first part of that video.
Have you seen AVGN Episode 19?
No what game does James review there?
It's not even a game, it was a movie.
WTF? *dies*
