When someone says they are going to not do something ever again, and break that statement within the same day.
The term comes from the zombie survival game DayZ, in which people tend to get very angry upon death and state that they will never play the game again. They almost always end up playing the game again the same day.

The Effect happens to be present when you love someone with all your heart (e.g. your partner) but then there is this other person who keeps coming up into your head and stays there for quite a while. You love your partner unconditionally but can‘t help stop thinking about that other person. No matter how hard you try or how much you love your special one the other person will be there in your mind.
Kiera: Hey (friends name), i love my partner so much but i can‘t help it. Chris keeps coming up in my head and i cant stop thinking about him.
Johnny: Oh that‘s "The Chris Effect"

The "Keene Effect" refers to a disturbing online phenomenon in which an individual becomes the target of relentless internet trolling and harassment by malicious individuals seeking to compromise their online presence and personal information. This campaign of trolling often involves distributing sensitive details, such as private documents, personal information, or pictures, through websites like Doxbin or other malicious platforms, leaving the victim vulnerable to various forms of harassment, cyberattacks, and even the infamous practice of "Pizza Bombing."
The term "Keene Effect" originated from a notorious online trolling incident that involved a person known as "Keene." The trolling campaign against Keene escalated to the point where the attackers not only engaged in typical trolling behaviors but also orchestrated "Pizza Bombing" by ordering numerous unwanted pizzas to their address without their consent or knowledge. This act caused significant inconvenience and discomfort to Keene, leading to the association of the term with similar malicious trolling efforts involving the distribution of personal information and the infamous pizza pranks.
