Lack of giving fucks for a given, usually unpleasant scenario, but he who utters "I don't give a fuck" isn't phased by said scenario. However, in most cases , those who utter, especially yell "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK" usually do.

An expression used to convey the extent that one does not care about something in a ghetto-like manner, while still remaining white.

Example:
Yvonne: "Hey Erin, you should fake bake sometime. You're so white you're almost transparent."
