Pot rot

1.The lasting negative effects that heavy cannabis use has on the cognitive ability of users. Symptoms include switching on your computer to come on the internet only to completely fucking forget what it was you were going to look up, and then making an urban dictionary entry instead.

2.Cannabis which has started to rot due to not being kept in adequate conditions.
