thought spilling

Thought spilling is when you put down your direct thoughts onto paper. The result often comes out as a long run-on sentence that does not necessarily maintain any sort of structure. However, since everyone is different, there are bound to be varying results.

Often used as an exercise for creative writers experiencing writer's block.

-Claire, can you show me your thought spilling?
-Yeah sure.
"I think you're a really wonderful person and I know I barely know you but I want to get to know you and make you feel better and I wish you wouldn't rag on your music when it's not even that bad why are getting so frustrated and will you ever let me in

you're not gonna be honest with me or tell me things when that's all i want is it so wrong to want to be close to someone".

thought-swimming

To skim, delve and tread in your thoughts. Moving around in patterns that seem to make no sense, but end up making the most sense of all.

To turn over and constantly obsess about a particular subject, object or person in your mind to the point of almost drowning.

I dove into a glass of wine the other night and ended up thought-swimming about my ex-boyfriend.

Thought crime

That is exactly what you want to do. You just can't say it because that would make you the bad one.

Hym "That is (without a doubt) enforcement of thought crime and to laud the grandmother for turning her grandson to the state is exactly what advocating for enforcement of thought crime looks like. And charging the families of mass shooters!? Guilt by association!? Jesus Christ! Very naughty stuff. This is what I mean by 'just as bad as the other team.' You went straight to Orwell. Looks like the inevitable logical conclusion to society's need to subordinate the individual to the group is just Orwell. 100% of the time. Left or Right. I'm all for it though. I have been longing for the reeducation camps I was promised not long ago. And as far as 'not mocking your suffering cults and silly reality-monster-pleasing hats' I don't think that has anything to do with mass shootings. It trapped me in a meat prison and you're celebrating it. Anywho, if you're worried about socialization of the unsocialized, I have good news. How do you socialize the unsocialized? Well, according to the oldest piece of literature in human history (The Epic of Gilgamesh) Enkidu (the unsocialized feral vagabond) is socialized by prostitutes. So... Bring me my prostitutes."

thought poacher

A thought poacher consciously takes someone's thought and presents it as though it is their own. To poach a thought, one must be aware of its source when elocuting it.
