A general term for any drug taken through nasal inhalation. Used as both a noun describing the drug and as a verb to describe the taking of the drug.

Those certain people who deside that they need to go out to a restraurant to eat and rack up a $100 check then also deside not to tip the server.

Bob brings his family out to eat at a restraurant and the bill is $150. He pay with two $100 bills and gets $50 in change. Leaves without leaving so much as a penny of the change his server knows he has. He is therefore a stiffler.

A mix of Sweep (Sweepstake) and Raffle - depending on when you join in. Done with mates or workmates on things like the world cup or grand national. Done exclusively online or it is not a swaffle. Started in UK and spread worldwide.

You can swaffle the fifa world cup 2006 with a load of mates from the pub. They can't accuse you of cheating as the allocations are all random. The Swaffle pot is split between 1st, 2nd and 3rd or all or nothing for the winner.
