It's a portmanteau of the word swagger and faggot. It's when a group of 2 or more guys does something that could be mistaken as gay but they do it with so much swag that its far from gay that the ladies can't help themselves

A swaggot is a person who is so obsessed with "swag" that they literally become a faggot. Swag is associated with snapbacks, Jordans, hundred dollar bills, fuckin bitches, terrible rap music, GUCCI belts, Justin Bieber, Beats by Dr. Dre, and last, but not least, faggots.
