The physical state in which your bodie rests and replenishes it's energy (insomniacs, such as myself, do not often expeirience this, and are reading this definition @ 3:00 in the mourning and need to be awake by 6:00 to get ready for school). Sleep often comes to people in class periods such as math, science, history, P.E., and english.

im an insomniac. all the definitions iv made on urbandictionary have been made past 1 in the morning....at the moment its 22 minutes past 5 in the morning. *sigh* and im knackered.
