So, rather than being dummy thicc, some people are dummy sicc, meaning to be so unbelievably ill that you might be dying. You don't actually have to be so sick that you are dying, you just need to be sick enough to rub in the fact that are constantly tired and your nose runs faster than Usain Bolt.
