1. Any number of independent acting troupes which put on interpretations of Shakespeare's plays in local parks during the Spring, Summer, and early Autumn months. Often a great place for a date or to catch some local culture.

2. A large group of incredibly incompetent, self-absorbed people that have no consideration of others.
