A term that came to a fruition in early 2022 in Australia. Once the global pandemic restrictions started to lift (Qantas Airways and their low cost subsidiary Jetstar headed by CEO Alan JOYCE) under Alan Joyce's direction, proceeded to sell more tickets for flights than they could handle, 110% of available seats - disgruntled workers from across the airline used isolation rules for self selected days off and a lack of employee cooperation let to an incredible amount of recurring cancellations and significant delays. Delays for some that ran over multiple days. Flight cancellations, lost and missing bags and no staff in terminals, all of which were avoidable and totally self inflicted.

Q. Have you got any luggage, yes but not with me, I was Joyced

Do you want to go on vacation or take a business trip? No i can't risk being Joyced.

Was your ticket expensive? Yes, I was totally Joyced.

Joyce is the Joy in life, she is the best person you will ever meet. She is a hard worker, funny, cute, kind and overall perfect. She is a loyal friend and also a baddie. She might seem shy but once you know her she won’t shut up. She is really smart and successful in general, she is curvy with long hair and she doesn’t give a fuck about guys. She has a goal to get to and no matter what she would keep going with no hesitation.
