It has been established that Ichigo and Rukia have a very strong bond, maybe even unbreakable. They both have a very stubborn attitude, and Rukia is the one that always gets Ichigo out of his emo funks.
They even got their won movie, "Bleach: Fade to Black, I Call Your Name." Tite Kubo even said, and I quote, "It's based on the change in their feelings towards each other."
IchiHime shippers say that, "Well, Rukia's dead and that would be just gross." Um...Ichigo's dad was a Shinigami and his mother was a human...and guess what? They got married and had 3 wonderful children.
They also say, " Inoue has bigger boobs and is more womanly." Just because someone has a nice body doesn't mean that they will get all the guys. Ichigo never seems fazed by Inoue's good looks.
And has Ichigo ever said to Inoue that she changed his world? Nope. He said it to Rukia, though.

With both of them having a stubborn; need to be right attitude it makes the perfect chemistry between the two. Both of their feelings grew immensely as the story line went on creating a certain attraction to each other that will ultimately pull them together in the end. Ichiruki fans despise ichihime (ichigo and orihime) and are never willing to back down. they always stand up for what they believe is right and never give up!
That ichiruki scene was breath taking... i think i'll rewind it and watch it again.
