Someone who is dressed appropriately for a Business meeting or formal gathering but is also wearing clothes/accessories a thug or hipster would wear.

Wearing dress pants with a collar shirt and tie would be the business part while also wearing a chain or necklace and flashy sunglasses and hightop shoes and a sideways hat would be the thug part of the ensemble.

Harrison: He is clearly trying to dress as a Business Thug and is doing it quite well with his gold earrings and sports blazer .
