The name of a character from the Beano comics in the UK, being the baby sister of Dennis the Menace (The British one). A kid known for many things, her Yellow and black onesie, her mass arson towards Softies (basically snooty assholes) , and also her rather infamous ability of being able to fart and/or shit herself on command to clear rooms and to fulfil the writer's severe fart fetish.

Bea is such a beautiful girl, named after the spanish/italian word for a pretty girl (bella)... just kidding. She's dumb and unfunny, probably a bit below 5' (150 for you non-americans) and has an inferiority complex. Therefore, she must resort to speaking to people online in an attempt to drown out her sadness and boredom. She finds another unfunny girl and makes lesbian jokes with her to fill the void in her heart. It is futile.
