n. Pejorative. A person who is, or claims to be employed by a charity (non-profit) to ask or beg for donations from pedestrians generally using privilege guilt as the motivator for donation. A condensing of the words "charity mugger."
That intersection is street chugger central. You can't get through it without feeling like you've either been robbed or you have not an ounce of humanity in your soul.
