blumpkin pie

The act of vaginal intercourse while one partner defecates. This adds on the term 'blumpkin' which is receiving oral sex while defecating and combines with pie, referring to the woman's genitals. To the humorless, this is an intentional rhyme with 'pumpkin pie'.
