Lately they are trying to be like L.A with new restaurants and stores but at the end of the day they are very incestrial and economically challenged. Yes, there are million-dollar listings and has the highest median home price in the state but that changes when you get closer to the beach and there are homeless that virtually pollute the area and make it less desirable.
