the annual maxing out of all resources and credit in the attmept to buy happiness of self and others. happens around the end of every calendar year.

also refers to revulsion experienced after protracted submersion in Christmas products and excessive yuletide activity.

Ex 1:

"Hey girl, wana go Christmas shopping and out to dinner?"

"No, I can't, my credit cards and bank account are all Christmaxed out."

Ex 2:
Brooke couldn't wait to take down the tree and put the ornaments away. After weeks of shopping, decorating, baking, and visiting, she was broke, exhausted, and thoroughly Christmaxed out.
