You can jokingly ask someone, "You MOVIN' IN or MOVIN' OUT?" during any "major goods-transporting" occasion, even if they are clearly just renovating, spring cleaning, etc.

To get a return, or “come up”, from some type of situation: ranging from work for hire, trade (a tennis racket for a pair of shoes), or even criminal activity such as robbing an ATM (automatic teller machine) for the money in it.

Guy: Man, I’m ‘bout to “cash out” on this week’s paycheck!
Guy 2: Me too, but I’m getting mine’s from selling those stolen Yeezy’s I picked up…
Guy: Whatever works, bro. Cashed out is cashed out!
