Usually applicable when the person cannot afford to and is living like a person far beyond their means.

Pronunciation: The 'Bo is popping, said with attitude.

E.g. 'So you went out tonight, buying rounds for everyone like bo...'

'I went shopping on Saturday in London, ended up spending money like 'Bo.'

Sara was fixing to get that break in modeling, and got drunk for the first time just to get pregnant by the garbage man . Man life really bo-whited her.
