It can also mean to carry any sort of volatile attack on a place using any sort of tactics or weapons. The B stands for Berlin, referring to the Soviet attack in Berlin on April 16th that ended World War II.

It is commonly used by Russian gamers playing CS:GO, and is often combined with Russian swears.
