similar to thinking out loud, but using chat or typing instead of speech
"what time is it there? saint louis is 6 hours difference, so 10-6=4... its 4am there?"

"you should have just asked instead of thinking on key"

Keys without the E

A funny and intelligent thing to tell your teacher after they give you a F-, so they'll give you an A+.
Teacher: You got an F- on a test worth 75% of your grade. You'll have to retake this class.
You: Keys without the E.
Teacher: Oh my garlic! It turns out you are very intelligent and witty! Forget about your F-, here's an A+.

House Key

Yeah, you idiot, you use some house keys or something.
Hym "Um... Yeah, if you need to cut the tape off a box but you can't use something sharpe... You use something dull... And jagged... Like a house key. Actually, box cutters not come with a pointed plastic part for opening boxes like that."

Turn-key

A derogatory name for a prison officer (screw, kanga etc) used by inmates in U.K Jails and prisons (predominantly used in Scotland)

Meant to imply they are nothing more than key turners, since they spend many hours unlocking and locking cell doors.
Turn-key, can I get a cup of water?
