Chloe is an overly sensitive hypocrite; her jokes make no sense, and you feel like you need to give a sympathy laugh when you hear them. Chloe has terrible grammar, math and general knowledge. She was probably homeschooled, and she can't fight for her life. emotionally and literally. but either way She's never really boring and usually comes off as strange to most people. Her main personality is art and just having no clue whatsoever what's happening.

She isn’t judge mental about how you are and she’ll never let you get away with hiding something. At first she might like different things than you but she’s always open to trying to new things and will start to like the things you do. Most of the time she’s honest to people she doesn’t like and if she’s not it’s because she’s aware they might make a big deal out of it or they won’t take it right. She doesn’t bother hiding hints that she hates someone and has a thing against twiggy people. If she doesn’t like you it’s likely you’ve probably done something very bad because she rarely ever hates anyone. She loves hugs and attention and sometimes throws a little fit like an infant. However, despite her infant like features she’s a good person to be around
