The Patrick Effect is a statistical phenomenon discovered in Austria.

It was observed that something e.g. an activity that would usually happen is massively less likely to happen if the person who suggested it is called 'Patrick'.

The guy who came into my life and I didn't realise how much he would later mean to me. First, when you talk to him, he's shy, cute and awkward, but he has the sweetest and most kind heart. He's very passionate when talking about the things he loves, you can always see that bright beautiful and infectious smile of his. He also has very strong political views on some things, but it's for what he thinks is the best and always has good intentions. He's a very smart and humble man, the man I fell in love with, the man with the eyes that I could stare at all day long, the man that makes me feel safe, comforted, makes me feel at home, someone who brought back the smile on my face, the man that is also someone I can call my best friend, the man I'm am proud to call my boyfriend, the man that I hope to marry and spend the rest of my life with, the man that promises to love me every day til the day we die.

If you ever come across a Patrick, treat him well, and take care of him, he's really special and you'll never find a man like him.
I hope I can meet Patrick in my next life somehow, I love him dearly.

On the 22nd of April 2023 is the day Patrick asked me to be his girlfriend, I said yes, he makes me feel like the happiest and luckiest girl in the world, I am so madly in love with him, he completes me.
