Slumpy

A soft turd that slumps when it hits a hard surface and has a low angle of resolution. If landing in water spreads out and floats, needing a courtesy flush. Very smelly.

someone who is whiney and likes to complain about how bad they have it when in reality it isn't as bad as they make it seem. the character Lola skumpy can be found on the Netflix series "Big mouth". it can be used as an insult to ether insult the way the person acts or talks.
