The act of lightly roasting someone or something.

Guy: Hey man, you see Rory tonight?
Friend: Haha yeah
Guy: His outfit kinda makes him look like a middle-aged arobics teacher at a community college
Friend: Ah shit man, that's so specific and yet so true. You honestly crack me up with that toasting of yours! Become a comedian ASAP
Guy: Wow, really? You think I should? I mean I'm not going to lie, I have really been contemplating it latel-
