Someone acting in a sarcastic and/or dry manner, similar to the dryness of actual toast.

Toast: "I love it when people take 3 hours to order a sandwich, man people are just so quick and considerate to others' busy schedules, thanks to them life is just so easy you know?"

Guy1: "Bro you are toasting pretty damn hard right now."
