A quaint town in Upstate New York near the Finger Lakes. Has a small population and is a short distance from Ithaca and Corning. Contains a beautiful college under the same name. Lots of factorys due to its large economic past. Known for the town where Mark Twain wrote the legendary Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

The person whos definition lies above me could not be anymore wrong. It is a town of people who THINK they are hood when in fact are very wrong.Their high percentage of wiggers and fake gangstas like to invade other towns around them, causing a lot of drama and try to persuade others that they are gangsta. In conclusion, Elmira is a town in which bad shit rarely goes down, despite how many would like to believe so.
