Content Sniper

A person who, in a public setting, discreetly records a conflict or dramatic event—like a fight, robbery, or argument—using a hidden camera or smartphone, with the aim of maximizing viral potential, often disregarding the privacy or well-being of those involved.

Example:
two men started fighting in the street, he saw his chance. Acting like he was on a regular call, he discreetly pointed his phone toward them, capturing the whole thing—not to help, but just to get viral content.

Lee: "Bruv, I was arguing with this guy in town the other day, and I swear, there was this geezer trying to secretly film me."

Frank: "Yeah, probably a content sniper, bruv."

Lee: "Innit, bruv."

A statement used on the internet for something that's usually unacceptable in normal society, but is excused because it is for the purpose of a Youtube Video.

Dude 1: "Bruh you should go fight that dude for content, it will make the video much more interesting"
Dude 2: "Bruh imma get my a$$ whooped tho"
Dude 1 "Even better! That's a million views!"

Brainrot Content 

Brainrot Content refers to the various "short" type-videos (typically a YouTube short, a TikTok, an Instagram reel etc.) that swarm Social Media feeds. It's very easy to get sucked in and watch one short after another without even noticing. This lack of stimulation (or more correctly, EMPTY stimulation) "rots" the brain because of its self-repetition and low quality.

Guy 1: "Hey man, Sorry I couldn't come to the party, I scrolled through youtube shorts and forgot."
Guy 2: "What the fuck man! Don't watch that, that's brainrot content!"
