Cheeky Chops

A noun usually referring to a cute little pudgy baby or toddler. Can be used for older people but is not very common.
Cheeky meaning impertinent, but in this case: delightfully sassy as some children are.
Chops referring to their cheeks or mouth area.

Person1: Isn't the baby so cute!
Person2: Yes, she's such a little cheeky chops!

*Baby crawls away*
Person1: Oy, cheeky chops, where are you off to?

Toddler: Did you bring me a present, Aunty B?
Person: Aren't you a little cheeky chops!

chopstickism

A portmanteau of chopsticks and racism, chopstickism is when you go to an Asian restaurant and the server asks Asian people, but not people of other ethnicities, if they'd like chopsticks.

I went to a Korean restaurant today and the server offered all the people around me chopsticks, but not me! I'm so offended by all this chopstickism.

Another term for an AK-47. Chop-sticks derive from the term choppa (when you hold the trigger of an AK-47 it just chops everything down in its path), therefore chopstix are essentially the same thing.
