Mineism Blindness

Mineism blindness is a state or condition of being psychologically and/or emotionally unaware and unable to recognize and admit the faults, failings, deficits and dysfunctions of humans, animals, possessions, idiosyncrasies and traits simply because they are "mine".
That lady suffers from mineism blindness - her 3 yr. old boy stabbed the dog 4 times and all she said was "I guess we need to talk to him."

Her cat's litter box smells like vapid vagina vapor, but she won't do anything about it as she has mineism blindness!

change blindness

Change blindness is a psychological phenomenon that occurs when a change in a visual stimulus goes unnoticed by the observer. The reasons these changes usually remain unnoticed by the observer include obstructions in the visual field, eye movements, a change of location, or a lack of attention. The brain regions that have been observed as active during change blindness are the prefrontal lobe, the fusiform face area, the pulvinar, the cerebellum, the inferior temporal gyrus, the parietal lobe, and the frontal lobe.
For example, an individual fails to notice a difference between two images that are identical except for one difference. That is change Blindness.

cellphone blindness

A condition where the person is compulsively staring at their phone no matter the situation. They are completely oblivious to the outside world (hence "blindness"). These people are extremely annoying to their surroundings (especially when they are doing the ol' text 'n walk), and while doing so can put themselves and others in danger.
If you have cellphone blindness often, get help because you may be a cellphone addict.
