It can be used in place for a word.
It can be used to be totally freaking random.
It can be used for basically anything.
It means whatever u want it to mean.
It can be used to fill in awkward silences.
It could also be used to say something in an IM when u can't think of what to say.
It means nothing. Yet everything.

When a porn video goes totally wrong and is fouled up by the cast.

For example: If shooting an anal scene and the woman farts, this would be described as "porn bloopers". Second example: If a blow job scene is muffed up by someone choking or biting, this would be as "porn bloopers".
