The act of pooping on a toilet and then spacing out for about 10 minutes thinking about anything.

Dude, Jeff has been in the bathroom for like 15 minutes what is he doing? Either he's whacking it or he has toilet amnesia.

digital amnesia

Occurs when you can't remember where you heard something or read something, but you know it was on your phone.

Often occurs when reading email and text messages on the go - you forget about the message until something else in life reminds you and you then remember when/where you received that text or email.

Common belief is that it occurs because since you are not sitting anchored to a desk or a laptop, you forget the message context because your attention is immediately drawn to the car in front of you, your kid screaming in the backseat, having to pay for groceries, or any other activity "on the go". Lumberg: Peter, do you have that TPS report? I emailed you 2 days ago.

Peter: Oh yeah, huh. I think I got that message when I was at the strip club so I kinda forgot about it. Ya know, I do have a wicked case of Digital Amnesia now with this iPhone. Can I get it to you tomorrow?

Lumberg: Yeah, but this is your last warning.

Peter: OK - well just email me

Lumberg (in the Droidzone): Just sent it to you.

Peter: That'd be great!

Urban Amnesia

Urban Amnesia is a symptom often experienced by curious people who hear a word and need to look it up.

It occurs when, in a public situation, someone hears an interesting word and doesn't want to look like an idiot and ask what it means. At that time, thinking to themselves "I'll look it up on Urbandictionary later!" then, upon reaching an internet source, you experience a total blackout and cannot remember the word you were going to look up.

John: Yo dude, I pulled an Iron Horse the other day

Me: NICE dude *thinks* (what the fuck is that?)

*later on that evening*

Me: okayyyy *urbandictionary* FFFFFFFUUUUUUU WHAT WAS THAT WORD!?!?!? D:

pregnancy amnesia

when a woman forgets how miserable it is to be pregnant and willingly agrees to get pregnant for a second (or third +) time. It often occurs in conjunction with or immediately following the contraction of baby fever after her other children have reached toddler age.

Word of The Day Amnesia

Its what happens when you come to UD to search a word, but get hooked into all of the new 'word of the days' and by the time you finish reading them, you have forgotten what you were going to look up.

In more extreme cases you forget you were even going to look up a word.

1. "Damnit! I forgot what I was going to search! I'm having Word of The Day Amnesia! Hmm let me switch back to the facebook tab and see if the word is there."

2. "Those were some pretty funny 'word of the days', oh well back to youtube..."
