Noun. Wannabe thugs; not true Gs. Fakers normally trying to stand tough on the corner with nothing to do but try to look hard. Usually 2-3 people wearing white tank tops, Js or Timbers, and saggin jeans.

Me and my crew straight rolled up on the scene and these local toughs tried to ice grip us, but we didn't flex. We kept the peace.

Used to comment that something unfortunate cannot be fixed or helped, and usually also that the speaker does not seem to care that this is the case. Basically a colloquial form of “Tough!” as in “Well, that’s too bad!”
