Adjective. Describing and/or referring to a generally sweet, straight-laced, always worrying about the consequences, type A personality, who is just dying to be anything but!

Generally, hangs out with people that exhibit the opposite problem (wild, fly by the seat of their pants, action now/consequence later type personalities) thereby getting his/her "fix" without being implicated should there be fallout.

That girl may give off ultra-conservative vibes, but I bet she is really a SMUP!
