Synonymous to stupid bitch except uses less syllables and is therefor quicker and easier to say. More emphasis can be added when using a Northern New England accent of some sort.

Male 1: "This stupe' bitch just told me to mind my own business."
Male 2: "Whada stupe' bitch."
