Can also be rendered as "Western Propaganda".

A scapegoat used by socialists, communists, and other Marxists to justify the failing regimes of Marxist-Leninist parties. (see Cuba, China, the Soviet Union, etc.)
Rather than addressing the reasons for why the regime failed, or why their policies fail- they instead choose to blame the failures on the west, and that their failures were exaggerated by "western propaganda".

This may also alternatively be used (quite rarely) by right-wingers, however it is much rarer and often tied back to Russia and its war with Ukraine.

P1: "Bah! Are you kidding me? Cuba *has* democracy, that's just imperialist propaganda!"

Leftist propaganda 

Term used by vilan capitalists to describe facts being generated by a more sophisticated person. These facts are hard truths, ways to live by, NOT alternative facts or fake news. While leftist propaganda may be propaganda, it is in fact the truth about the correct way of living.
This is often used by those who are too dumb to see the truth in front of them: that we should put our means together to achieve the impossible!

Person 1: Oh man, I need to pay my university fees, but i’m broke.

Person 2: You should have tried to get scholarships and loans.

Person 1: The percentage of students that are drowning in loans until old age and can’t provide for themselves all because the capitalist society did them wrong is too high. The government should pay for studies for everyone. That way, everyone has an equal chance at getting a good job, and universities are not based on money, they are based on hard working high school students that get good grades and demonstrate more than honourable achievement.

Person 2: That’s all just leftist propaganda! Me and daddy’s credit card will pay for uni for me so that I need not suffer like those who work harder but have less money.

Gonzo Propaganda

Propaganda that admits it is propaganda, is self-aware that it is propaganda, and is forth right about its intentions as propaganda. Taken from the concept "Gonzo Pornography" - ie pornography where the "actors" are aware of the camera.

By being open about the persuasive position, the arguer is motivated to maintain honesty and integrity and source validity in their proposals.

It is intended as a distributed and independent "blogging" or argument position to contrast directly with the Zero Hedge - Tyler Durden (multiple anonymous Russian-connected authors) model. It is a way in which people with Western Democratic values -- and no financial or government incentive -- who are working independently to enhance their country's public diplomatic image can contribute in genuine, authentic, and meaningful ways.

Wow, Mike went all out with his blog post on why the USA is still a great place for Muslims to come, live , and be free to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness -- that was one of the most effective pieces of gonzo propaganda I've ever seen.

Yahoo Propaganda Answers 

Yahoo Answers is a place where people can give their honest answers to people's honest questions. Whether the answers are correct or not, is of course not guaranteed, because they can be given by anyone.

When liberals see answers on Yahoo Answers they don't agree with it, they start shit talking / shit posting, which causes them to get violation notices and such. Because of a general lack of understanding from the average liberal, he/she/it sees this as propaganda, simply because the site does not allow people to badmouth people's honest answers.

A guy asked a (somewhat dumb) question. When a liberal talked shit to that person, the liberal got a violation. Now the liberal calls Yahoo Answers extreme right-wing propaganda, also known as, Yahoo Propaganda Answers.
