Ice & Salt

Joint Injury

Occurs when two injuries come together to form a coalition.

Person #1: What's wrong with your arm?
Person #2: I don't know, but it hurts really bad.
Person #1: Where does it hurt?
Person #2: Can't tell if it's my elbow and/or my wrist.

Person #1: Sounds like a joint injury. You should get that looked at.
Person #2: Yeah that's probably a good idea.

repetitive sleep injury

When you sleep in one awkward position so often you hurt yourself. Like a repetitive stress injury, but done in your sleep.

Jack- Man, my shoulder is killing me!
Amanda- Ouch, did you hurt it playing baseball?
Jack- No, I think it's a repetitive sleep injury.
Amanda- Stop sleeping on your side then!
