A store which sells all sorts of "Water Pipes" and "tobacco pipes". Largest Glass shop in Oregon.
The general assumption is that these pipes are used for Marijuana Consumption, however some people probably smoke tobacco through a "water pipe"

"Hey, dude... Dude. Dude! Let's get high and go to the hotbox and buy a bong!"
"You already have two bongs from the hotbox, dude."
"Yeah, but I need three."

Being in an area of marijuana smokers. But unlike most definitions, in this scenario, the area is completely uncovered, leaving nothing to contain the smoke. Preferably in a very large warehouse, outdoors, or on the top of large buildings.

Dude, I was at this outdoor concert last night, and I totally got hotboxed!
