where guys call each other motherfucker when they greet each other. They are not being insulting to each other and it is a display of affection. The difference between this and an insult is in tone of voice and body language ect.
Man 1: hey I haven't seen you in a long time. You doing motherfucker?
Man 2: just fine. How are you doing motherfucker?
Man1: Great.
And that is an example of a motherfucker greeting.

A piggyback birthday greeting is when someone wishes you a Happy Birthday on social media such as Facebook and another person leaves a Happy Birthday reply to that person's greeting (usually no relation or association to the person that made the original greeting) which to is the digital equivalent of signing someone else's physical birthday card who has no relation to you and you not getting your own card. It also throws off the birthday greeting count that Facebook provides.
I can't believe how many people don't know how to click on the Happy Birthday link on Facebook...they just leave a piggyback birthday greeting on someone's else's greeting that they have no relationship with. That's like signing someone else's birthday card!

A greet is a lesser or unexperienced nigreet. They share many of the same qualities, but the major difference is the amount of bowls they can snap.

An annoying form of greeting that is pointless and does not invite more conversation. Typically done when someone is crossing another person's path.
"hey how you doing"
"Good"
The only response that you can give in the time given to respond to a drive by greeting
