However, in an interview conducted some time ago, Burton Bell stated that a Fear Factory (paraphrase) is "any institution that manufactures fear".

An example of a fear factory is "any institution that manufactures fear, such as a religious organization or government".

It's new owner, and Youtube star Cleetus McFarland (Garrett Mitchel), sponsored by Holley performance, Motion raceworks, Nitto Tire, and Texas speed and performance, plans to build the ultimate playground for his wide collection of obscure, but cool car collection to house content for his growing Youtube channel. Using the Freedom Factory's grounds for epic burnouts and other shenanigans. Cleetus plans to make the Freedom Factory his home track for many of his insanely cool events, such as Cleetus and cars, whilst still honoring the track's heritage.
