In professional sports, a loser tax is when a team with a history of losing, bad culture, bad circumstances, and/or less than ideal location must pay extra than other teams might have needed to in order to secure the services of a premier player.

The Detroit Lions are probably going to have to pay a loser tax to Ramsey if they want to lure him away from places like Miami or Las Vegas.

Loser juice is what the loser drinks, an example would be mountain dew, they sit at home all day drinking this juice and play video games, they do not go outside or attempt to hit the gym.
Loser Juice could be anything ranging from pop to juices. Just drink water and stay healthy fatass.
