Soft J

A light, casual jog, alternatively called "yog", usually applied when two people go on a short, conversation centered jog listening to music. Originally used by the man, the myth, the legend, Joey's World Tour. OG's consume a massive load of mini-chocolate donuts after the soft-j, but most skip this step due to their fitness goals.

My friend and I went on a Soft J this morning before hitting the weights and getting yolked.
