A person who has attempted suicide at least 2 or more times, but each time has been -literally- prevented by God, a deity, or some higher power.

Often the higher power will either allow the person who has made the attempt to live without any harm, or force them to live with terrible pain from their injury.

Note: sometimes the devil will override the decision of the higher power, and will take the life -and the soul- of the being that had previously attempted the suicide. In this case, a person who has attempted suicide can, at any time in their life, instantaneously die.

Kurt Cobain is not a definifiniliate because he died due to his attempt. Frank Sinatra is a definifiniliate because he made several attempts and never died due to divine intervention.
