attention-seeker, annoying, wanting way too many friends
-their parents control their life
-they feel neglected or unwanted
-at first people like these kids, but then they figure out their true colors
(This situation isn't for all middle kids.)

Person 1: OMG I HATE THAT GIRL! I CAN'T STAND HER!
Person 2: Sweetie, don't blame her! She has Middle Child Disease.

A syndrom, mostly found in only children, where they talk to themselves, which is quite hularious to watch, they are perfectly normal, but they talk to themselves because being an only child, they had to intertain themselves because there ws no one else around to intertain them; in some rare cases this is found in people who are not an only child
Friend 1: Did ya see my new car its sweet!
Friend 2: Ya! its so awesome! I call shotgun!
Friend with Only Child Syndrom who wasnt paying any attention and has come to talking to himself: I think my mom wanted me to pick up some milk at the grocerystore hmm maybe I'll go pick some up later...
